ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please give us ample of time to pack & ship your order(s).
Order(s) received on Weekdays and Holidays will be started to be processed the next business day.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct information such as name and shipping address is entered. In case incorrect details were provided and the order has already been shipped; it will be the customer's liability.
Kabayan Beauty will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered order due to incorrect detail(s) provided by customer. If your package was sent back to us because you entered the address incorrectly, we will have to charge you for shipping to resend your package.

All orders will have tracking number. Once we are done packing your order you will receive a Shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website to get updates on the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
ADDRESS and CANCELLATION
If you wish to change your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been processed, unfortunately, you will not be able to change it. Please understand that we try to provide the fastest turn-around time possible to ensure you receive your order quickly.

Kabayan Beauty delivers anywhere in New Zealand. We also offer Free Shipping for orders $119 and up.

We are based in Otahuhu Auckland. You are welcome to schedule a pick-up for free. If you wish to pick up your order, PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY to confirm before placing any order.

LOSS and DAMAGES
Although deliveries are packed very carefully, damages can sometimes occur in transit and mistakes are sometimes made. Kabayan Beauty are not liable, nor it can be replaced any products damage, lost or stolen.
By reading our shipping policy, you agree that we have no liability for any damages, lost and stolen package.
